This award is for training providers that have been nominated by a learner, employer or themselves and can evidence outstanding support and training to learners and/or staff.

Sponsored by NCC Employment and Skills Board and Nottinghamshire Fit for Work Services

The Employment and Skills Board aims to help Nottingham and Nottinghamshire achieve sustainable employment and business growth, supported by a first class skilled workforce.  In 2009 the Employment and Skills Board, in partnership with the NHS, created the Nottinghamshire Fit for Work Service, a service aimed at keeping people who suffer health conditions- in work.  Offering one to one support to employees and employers, to date the service has currently helped support over 3,000 people, who work for local businesses across Nottinghamshire.
