Employer Engagement
The NTN Employer Responsiveness team has been operating since December 2009, responding initially to the Response to Redundancy offer and other major changes in the education and training sector, particularly a requirement for training providers to be more employer responsive. Since that day, the team has been busy putting the finishing touches to a contract management system designed to handle any contract, building on the experience gained through the delivery of the Train to Gain and Response to Redundancy programmes.
Update June 2010:
- As you may have seen on the front page, the Response to Redundancy programme has met its targets and NTN is unable to allocate any further sub-contracted provision.
- NTN actively pursue bid opportunities on behalf of its members. We are currently awaiting updates as to whether we were successful or otherwise.
- We will update you all as to progress via the e-bulletin or our web alerts system.
