The NTN Employer Responsiveness team has been operating since December 2009, responding initially to the Response to Redundancy offer and other major changes in the education and training sector, particularly a requirement for training providers to be more employer responsive. Since that day, the team has been busy putting the finishing touches to a contract management system designed to handle any contract, building on the experience gained through the delivery of the Train to Gain and Response to Redundancy programmes.
